Shipping Policy

At Ekaa Fashion, we strive to deliver your products in a timely and efficient manner. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

1. Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India, a flat shipping rate of 150/- will be charged on COD orders.

2. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the India only, International orders can be placed via WhatsApp or Instagram.

3. Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 3-4 business days of receiving them. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-9 business days.

4. Shipping Method: We use standard shipping methods for all orders.

5. Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ekaa Fashion. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 3 days of receiving it. Here's everything you need to know about our return policy:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your (original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

5. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
